The role of Integrations Product Manager is an exciting opportunity to dramatically scale both our partner programs with SaaS industry leaders and also customer facing usage of integrations that help make Employ solutions a key part of our clients’ daily workflow. This position works directly with our leader of Product Integrations to guide the product roadmap process from ideation through go to market delivery and post release metrics. 
What You’ll do: 
  • Develop, prioritize, and oversee the execution of the product roadmap for Partner integrations 
  • Manage existing partner integrations when maintenance, enhancements are required 
  • Translate the roadmap into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications 
  • Work with R&D teams, including customer research, QA, Engineering, and key stakeholders in the product development process from research / planning through launch 
  • Work with leadership on growth plans related to Partnerships 
  • Interface with strategic partners and customers to inform roadmap prioritization and execution 
  • Design, support and manage joint development work with key SaaS partners 

What You’ll Bring: 
  • 5 years experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner in a B2B SaaS company - (preferred integrations product management experience) 
  • Experience collaborating with strategic partners and other external stakeholders 
  • Preferred experience in integration technologies (SDKs, webhooks, middleware, ReST APIs), scripting, using 3rd party tools (i.e. Postman) for design, documentation 
  • A proven track record of applying full lifecycle product management principles working on a key area of a product - roadmap to launch 
  • Experience using modern PM practices such as continuous discovery, user story mapping, rapid prototyping, etc. 
  • Experience with Scrum or other agile development 
  • Bias to action and hands on experience delivering measurable business results 
  • An interest and ability to learn quickly in a high growth environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with customers 
  • Data driven decision making 
  • Experience collaborating with product design 
  • Experience working with Engineering and familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence 
  • Ability to prioritize a roadmap and make informed decisions 
  • Working closely with GTM and internal enablement/launch teams in getting product releases to customers
