The Demand Management team at Employ is seeking a data-driven Senior Growth Demand Manager to spearhead demand generation efforts for outbound sales growth across multiple product lines, vertical segments, and to partner strategically with the inbound Digital Demand Generation team. 
We’re looking for someone to collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to orchestrate end-to-end integrated demand programs for net new and installed base accounts across Digital Campaigns, BDRs, Account Executives, and Partners.  Specifically, your focus will be on driving outbound demand strategies to support the Sales sourced opportunities across all solution areas. This person will use data-driven insights to build identified accounts, campaign targets and ensure Sales teams are driving opportunities that meet and exceed pipeline goals.
Reporting to the SVP of Demand Generation within the Marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in strategy development for our go to market function and be responsible for shaping the future pipeline growth for Employ. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Growth Demand Manager effectively executes new opportunities for growth within a target market with high quality pipeline detected by all sources of demand: Sales, Sales Development, Marketing & Partners. 
 

  • Identify and advise account strategy and ideal customer profile (ICP) targeting aligned to our 1:1 and 1:many ABX strategy, with the goal of generating pipeline and booking from high-propensity accounts within our ICP.
  • Prioritize account targets to ensure the greatest potential outcomes for pipeline creation and bookings
  • Partner with Product Marketing to identify content to support outbound activity across sales & BDRs
  • Develop an integrated outbound strategy for identifying and developing net new pipeline across segments, leveraging Sales tools such as Outreach, Qualified, UserGems, and 6Sense.
  • Consult and enable BDR and AE teams on the account targeting strategy, reviewing top accounts, and optimizing targeting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Responsibility for the day-to-day execution of the approved plans, coordinating campaign development and enable AE and BDR teams.
  • Provide reports and insights to GTM stakeholders and recommend data-driven optimizations
  • Responsible for driving Sales Sourced Opportunities (SSO) and Pipeline dollars

EXPERIENCE AND LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or comparable education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
  • Preferably digital (remote) experience, specifically high-volume customer facing experience
  • High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/ Contact Management System 
  • Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Advanced understanding of digital demand campaign execution, digital content and campaign creation, productivity tools and related KPIs 
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
